Individual Strength & Conditioning Programme –

£25 per session

(Includes initial fitness assessment, programme plan based on individual goals and complete 1:1 coaching & guidance for the duration of your programme)

Small Group – Strength & Conditioning Programme –

£15 per session

(2-3 people per session)

(Includes initial fitness assessment, programme plan based on group goals and 1:3 coaching & guidance for the duration of your programme)
