From competitive cyclists, international triathletes aiming to improve their PB’s in qualifiers to absolute beginners challenging themselves to run their first half marathon. Working with a Performance coach you will see benefits in speed, strength, core stability, power, endurance and injury prevention. Our periodised annual training programmes (PATP) allow maximum athlete progression and feedback. Tailored to the individual our unique programmes allow the perfect balance between intense training, recovery and variation, ensuring you never reach a performance plateau. ¬†Athletes will be provided with a detailed training programme that is designed specifically for them and tailored around their sporting activity, season goals, individual targets and personal life.
