Over the past few weeks our Wednesday night class has been growing in popularity and we now have a great group attending on a regular basis. The session is structured to include individual functional movement and core stability work with the warm up before progressing onto the main theme; learning 3 lifting techiques proficiently performing a number of sets & reps of each. The final part of the session is High Intensity work. Previously learnt exercises are performed in intervals for a set period of time working ones muscular endurance. These sessions are a great challenge for anyone wanting to improve sports performance, learn correct lifting techniques or just to increase general fitness.
